Our Story

The Clark Family Real Estate Company was founded in 1972 in the Windsor Hills section of Los Angeles, California locally known as “The Black Beverly Hills’, by the late Mr. And Mrs. Hosea M. Clark/ Beverly A. Clark.

H. M. Clark Realty located at 5633 Overhill Dr Los Angeles, California has been a staple real estate company for the community and abroad for more than 50 years. This Black Owned Real Estate company acquired the Business Building directly across the street naming it The Slauson Business Building located at 4428 Slauson Ave. Los Angeles, California where my parents’ vision was furthered by providing assistance to small and upcoming businesses, offering courses in Real Estate Principles along with providing space for other operating businesses to flourish.

As inheritors of our parents’ dream in providing resources and services to this grassroots homegrown community, myself Kevin D. Clark-General Contractor, My Brother Koury D. Clark-Real Estate Broker and our Beloved sister Kimberly D. Clark- Scientist are dedicated to continuing their legacy by being of service to our community.
